Delete your RIDR account and data
Use this page to request the deletion of your RIDR account and the personal data associated with it. You don’t need to reinstall or open the app — submitting the form below is enough. RIDR is operated by RIDR GmbH.
How we verify your request
After you submit the form, we’ll send an email to the address you entered to confirm that you own the account. Deletion only proceeds once you confirm via that email. We will never ask you to enter your RIDR password on this website — verification happens exclusively through your email inbox.
What happens next
Once your ownership is confirmed, your account and the personal data associated with it are scheduled for deletion. A 30-day grace period applies before deletion becomes final. You can cancel your request at any time during those 30 days — simply reply to the confirmation email or contact us at info@ridr.bike. After the 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes the account itself and the personal data associated with it, including:
Your profile — name, username, photo and bio
Rides and activity history
Location and GPS records
Posts, comments and community activity
Uploaded photos, videos and other media
Connections such as followers and crews
What we may retain
A limited set of records may be retained after deletion where we are legally required to keep them: billing and accounting records are kept for the statutory retention periods under German law (up to 10 years), and security or fraud-prevention logs are kept for a limited period to protect the platform. Retained records are no longer connected to an active account and are erased once the applicable period expires. Full details are in our privacy policy.
A note about subscriptions
Deleting your RIDR account does not automatically cancel a RIDR Pro subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription directly in the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion — otherwise you may continue to be charged by Apple or Google.
